The Open button allows you to open a chart you have already created.

Use the Zoom button to increase or decrease the amount of chart on view. You can zoom in on areas of the chart you need to view more closely.

The Save button save the chart to a file and directory specified by you.

Use the Legend button to show or hide the legend.

The Camera button copies the bitmap of the chart to the Windows Clipboard, using a standard Windows BMP format. From the Clipboard you can paste the image into other Windows applications, such as a word processor or desktop publishing package.

The Series legend button lets you show or hide the series legend.

The Scissors button copies the data used in the chart to the Windows Clipboard as a table of values.

Use the Vertical grid button to add a vertical grid to the background of your chart.

The Printer button prints the chart displayed.

The Horizontal Grid button adds a horizontal grid to the background of your chart.

Use the Gallery drop-down box to select the type of chart you wish to produce.

Use the Edit Titles button to add/edit the titles of your chart.

The Palette drop-down box enables you to customise your charts by selecting colours data and background.

Use the Fonts button to change the fonts used on the Graph Titles.

Use the 3D button to turn on or off the 3D option for the current chart.

The Tools button opens the Tools menu.

Use the Rotate button to rotate your chart.

Use the Chart Options button from the Graphs toolbar to open the Chart Properties window. This window includes all the tools necessary to customise your chart.

Use the Cluster button to group together or to separate marks with the same position on the chart.
